1989 - FBC subscribes to Internet of Concord for Internet access and 5 email accounts. September 1999 - Senior Minister Harold McDonald establishes a committee tasked with creating a web page with a target date of January 2000. December 1999 - The first FBC web page is online thanks to Gene Hanners. Summer 2000 - Concord Telephone Company (CTC) purchases Internet of Concord. October-December 2000 - Web pages are redesigned using Microsoft FrontPage 2000 design tool. A sub-web with the history of our church was created from a series of essays written by members of our church over the years. Another sub-web features the stories told through the stained glass windows in our sanctuary. October 4th, 2004 - The web site is moved it's new host: site5.com. This upgrade should provide better FrontPage support and more email boxes. www.site5.com May 14, 2006 - unable to update web page... reason: Under Investigation. (Resolved) March 7, 2006 - Member discovered 'old' pages that had been removed from navigation structure, but not deleted from the server by using the 'site index' function. Removed pages that referred to terminated staff.
