At First Baptist, we believe in the basic principle of giving back to Christ for all God has given us. We, like the apostle Paul, want to be cheerful givers as we together live out the Gospel in our community and in the world.

To give, you can use our secure online portal marked “Give” at the top of this page, add First Baptist as a payee in your online banking, or mail checks to the church. The address is First Baptist Church, 202 North 2nd Street, Albemarle, NC 28001.

 In our online portal, you can:

• Give to the General Budget one time or set up an account and give automatically each month.

• Give to several different designated funds, e.g., building find, missions funds, etc.

• If the gift is a memorial gift to a designated fund, please use the memo line to inform the church of the details (for example: “in memory of…” or “in honor of…” followed by the person’s name).

Please note that online gifts/payments have a fee associated with them. For a gift, you are able to choose to cover the fee for the church by simply selecting the “cover fee” option. You won’t even have to do the math! The website will add the fee to your gift and the church will net what you originally planned to give.
