At First Baptist, we believe in the basic principle of giving back to Christ for all God has given us. We, like the apostle Paul, want to be cheerful givers as we together live out the Gospel in our community and in the world.
To give, you can use our secure online portal marked “Give” at the top of this page, add First Baptist as a payee in your online banking, or mail checks to the church. The address is First Baptist Church, 202 North 2nd Street, Albemarle, NC 28001.
In our online portal, you can:
Give to the General Budget one time or set up an account and give automatically each month.
Give in memory or honor of someone by selecting “In Memory Of”/ “In Honor Of” and filling in the memo line with the person you would like to memorialize or honor and the fund to which your gift should be sent.
Pay for a trip or activity by selecting “Trip/Activity” and then fill in the memo line with the trip/activity for which you are paying.
For other church donations, select “Other” and fill in the memo line with information regarding where you intend for your gift to go.
Please note that online gifts/payments have a fee associated with them. For a gift, you are able to choose to cover the fee for the church by simply selecting the “cover fee” option. You won’t even have to do the math! The website will add the fee to your gift and the church will net what you originally planned to give.
